M.I.O.S is a market intelligence platform that provides e-commerce and SaaS research tools, AI-generated analyses, and payments handled via Stripe. We are the data controller for your personal information processed through this site.

2. What We Collect

• Account data: name, email, profile photo (if provided), auth identifiers.
• Billing data: Stripe customer ID, subscription status, payment method meta (stored by Stripe, not by us).
• Usage data: tool interactions, feature usage, prompts you submit, saved workspaces.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies or local storage for auth/session.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, and deliver requested features.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle invoices via Stripe.
• Improve product performance, detect abuse, and monitor uptime.
• Communicate updates, billing notices, and support responses.

4. Legal Bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), based on legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and to comply with legal/payment obligations. Where required, we obtain consent (e.g., optional marketing emails).

5. Sharing

We share data with: Stripe (payments), Firebase (auth/database), hosting (Vercel), analytics/error monitoring (if enabled), and service providers strictly to operate the platform. We do not sell personal data.

6. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the US and other regions where our providers operate. We rely on provider safeguards and standard contractual measures where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and billing data while you maintain an account and as required for legal/accounting purposes. You can request deletion; some billing records may be retained to comply with law.

• Object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of marketing at any time.
