Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using M.I.O.S, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

M.I.O.S provides AI-assisted market intelligence tools, including e-commerce and SaaS research, content generation, and reports. We may update or modify features at any time.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans and credit packs are billed via Stripe under the terms shown at checkout.
• Renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Taxes may apply. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and local laws.

5. Credits & Fair Use

Credits govern access to AI and analysis features. Do not abuse the service (e.g., excessive automated requests, scraping, or circumventing limits). We may throttle or suspend accounts for abuse.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content or activities.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the service.
• No use of outputs to violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the platform, UI, models, and content we provide. You retain rights to your inputs and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant us a license to process your inputs/outputs to operate and improve the service.

8. Confidentiality & Security

Do not upload highly sensitive or regulated data. We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication and storage may use Firebase. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Market intelligence and AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions based on the outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 3 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are only as allowed by our refund policy or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
